Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Hospitality Aide to provide comfort and hospitality services to residents, without direct patient care. The role includes assisting with dining, linen changes, and room setup while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

You will observe resident needs and report to supervisors, help orient new residents, and maintain respectful interactions with residents and staff. This is a physically active role requiring reliability and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be able to work beyond normal hours, weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents with transfers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights promptly and courteously and notify proper personnel of resident needs.
• Pass trays in dining room and to residents confined to their room.
• Pass drinking water and ice and strip/remake beds as directed.
• Observe and report nourishment intake and resident observations to supervisor.
• Assist in orienting new residents to the facility and maintain room cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with resident rights and safety regulations.
