Job summary

Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Hospitality Aide to support residents with non-clinical daily tasks and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role emphasizes reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy facility.

The Hospitality Aide will assist with bed-making, meal delivery and cleanup, activities encouragement, room and common area upkeep, and resident laundry.

Responsibilities

• Bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and social programs
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
• Provide laundry assistance as needed
• Follow safety and compliance policies and procedures
• Observe and report concerns or safety issues to management or nursing
• Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations
