Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support residents with daily care in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will assist with non-clinical tasks, help with meals, and encourage participation in activities.

The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, delivering compassionate, patient-centered service and ensuring comfortable living for residents and collaboration with the nursing team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: support residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assist as Needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
