Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Hospitality Aide to assist with non-direct care tasks under licensed nurse supervision. You will pass ice and meals, help with trays, make beds, and keep resident areas clean. You’ll also organize rooms, assist with mobility, and support residents with dignity and safety in a post-acute setting.

You will need a high school diploma and CPR certification, with strong communication in English and strict adherence to policies and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification must be current or obtained during orientation.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Adherence to Life Care policies and compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Pass ice, water, and distribute snacks to residents and clean nourishment areas.
• Assist with passing and retrieving meal trays; clean dining areas after meals.
• Make unoccupied beds and change bed linens.
• Organize drawers, closets, and label personal items.
• Organize shower rooms and clean utility rooms; maintain inventory.
• Provide 1:1 attention to cognitively impaired residents.
• Deliver residents' mail and transport wheel-chair bound residents.
• Respond to call lights promptly; exhibit excellent customer service.
• Assist in evacuation of patients; maintain dependable attendance.
• Read, write, speak and understand English; follow safety and confidentiality rules.
