Job summary

Redwood Communities, Inc. is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator in Huntington Park, CA to assess resident needs, link them to community resources, and coordinate supportive services to promote housing stability and well-being.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years in case management, and the ability to work with HUD programs. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; pay is $27–$30 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years in case management, social services, or resident coordination in affordable or HUD housing.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. (I-9).
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resident needs assessment and advocacy to support housing stability.
• Develop and coordinate on-site programs with community partners.
• Maintain HUD-compliant resident records and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with management and community agencies to enhance services.
