Job summary

Capable Without Conditions, LLC (CWC) seeks a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct care and support to residents in a Community Crisis Home in California. You will implement individualized service plans, monitor safety, and promote independence under supervision.

Role requires strong interpersonal skills, crisis composure, and commitment to person-centered services. CPR/First Aid, background clearances, and pursuing RBT certification within one year are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to residents per ISP/IBSP.
• Assist with ADLs and mobility support.

• Maintain dignity, rights, and confidentiality of residents.
• Implement behavior support plans and de-escalation strategies.
• Document incidents and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with health monitoring and medication administration.
