Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• DOJ/FBI background clearance and Community Care Licensing clearance.
• California driver’s license, proof of insurance, and acceptable driving record.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Minimum six (6) months experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification in good standing.
• Minimum three (3) months experience implementing behavior intervention strategies under RBT.
• DSP-1 and DSP-2 training within one year of hire.
• Crisis intervention training (CPI, Ukeru, or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision per behavior plans.
• Collect behavioral data and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with Title 17/Title 22 regulations and licensing requirements.
• Deliver services in a respectful, person-centered manner.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
