Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence; present information to managers and staff.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills essential for coordinating social services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Social Service Director in planning and directing social service programs.
• Meet with administration and staff to plan social services.
• Develop, administer, and coordinate department policies and procedures.
• Review policies annually and propose changes.
• Identify residents' medically related social and emotional needs.
