Job summary

Tailwind Group is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for The Quarters East Lansing, a student housing community near Michigan State University. You will deliver high-quality customer service to residents, assist office staff, and support marketing and events on campus.

This role requires rotating nights and weekends, up to 29.5 hours per week, with a pay rate of $14.40 per hour plus bonus potential. On-site residence is preferred, and you will help maintain property standards and handle
