Tailwind Group, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Community Assistant for The Quarters Mankato, a 178-unit, 496-bed student housing community. The role emphasizes outstanding resident service, administrative support, and event participation.

Hours are variable, not to exceed 29.5 per week, with rotating nights and weekends. The position offers a $12.00 per hour rate plus potential bonuses, and candidates are ideally university students who live onsite and enjoy team collaboration in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at the university and live onsite if possible.
• Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to residents, prospects and vendors.
• Assist with marketing efforts on campus and in the community.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule tours, show units and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with annual unit turnover and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Complete front desk and administrative tasks.
• Ensure accurate file documentation and assist in fee collection.
• Gather resident feedback and communicate with the team.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Property Manager.
