The position requires rotating nights and weekends, on-site living preferred, and a compensation rate of $12.00 per hour with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a university (preferred).
• Live onsite at The Quarters Mankato is preferred.
• Strong administrative, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist with leasing inquiries, tours, and follow-ups.
• Support office staff with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Assist with move-in/move-out procedures and turnover.
• Handle front desk duties and fee collection per policy.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and resident appreciation events.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Communicate resident feedback to the team.
• Perform duties as directed by the Property Manager.
