Job summary

Packsize is seeking an Assistant Resident Services Manager in Stockton, CA to oversee Resident Service Engineers, coordinate field activities, and ensure high-quality customer support across customer sites.

The role requires engineering or related degree and several years in service/automation with leadership experience; strong MS Office and communication skills are essential. On-site work with travel, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in service engineering, maintenance, automation, or technical support.
• 1–3 years in team leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service and relationship management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Windows OS experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Resident Service Engineers.
• Coordinate daily service activities, schedules, workload distribution, and labor utilization.
• Provide technical and operational guidance at customer sites.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and training of team members.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through responsive service.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Software, Quality, and Operations teams to address issues.
• Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Travel to customer locations as needed; support after-hours and shift coverage.
