Tapestry Senior Living in Moon Township/Coraopolis, PA seeks an Assistant Resident Services Director to oversee clinical operations and staff in a 9:00am-5:00pm EST, Monday-Friday role. You will supervise care staff, deliver hands-on nursing support, and ensure compliant documentation while fostering a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Active PA LPN/RN license and 2+ years in assisted living are required or preferred, with dementia care knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Assisted Living or Personal Care.
• 21+ years old.
• Knowledge of dementia/Alzheimer's or related conditions preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support personal care staff in daily operations.
• Provide hands-on nursing services when needed.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
