Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Sewickley Campus is immediately hiring an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate care aligned with the IDCP and physician orders.

The RN Supervisor will document observations, coordinate care, and support staff while maintaining licensure and OSHA knowledge. Evening and night premiums apply; weekends are not required for some shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (Registered Nurse)
• Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing
• CPR certification prior to or upon employment
• Leadership experience preferred but not required; LTC/geriatric nursing preferred
• Computer skills required; EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitors nursing care by visiting residents to ensure continuity and evaluation of care per IDCP and orders
• Notifies physician and family of changes in residents’ condition
• Assists physician during rounds and examinations
• Provide direct resident care and transport residents to activities and appointments
• Maintain documentation of nursing observations and follow-up in medical records
