Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Supervise common areas and ensure maintenance to company standards.
• Oversee administrative resident services tasks and retention activities with proper documentation.
• Mentor and train resident services associates to improve team performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Handle administrative accounting processes for the unit.
• Drive efficiency by leveraging new and existing technologies.
