Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains community common areas and grounds to company standards, proactively identifying hazards.
• Provides excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversees team productivity through completion of service requests, vacant apartment maintenance, and general community maintenance repairs.
• Provides hands-on training, mentorship, and field guidance to maintenance associates.
• Maintains accurate records of work performed using the appropriate operating platform.
• Maintains a well-organized maintenance shop and oversees timely ordering of parts and supplies.
