Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations of an operating unit, resolve resident escalations, and guide the Resident Services team. You will ensure service standards, manage administrative tasks, and drive efficiency.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience, strong communication, and ability to travel between communities daily. California driver’s license and proactive safety practices are needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customers' needs and resolving questions promptly.
• Supervises community spaces and vacant units to company standards, identifying hazards.
• Oversees completion of administrative resident services tasks and retention activities with proper documentation.
• Delivers hands-on training and mentorship to resident services associates to boost team engagement.
• Ensures audit compliance with SOPs.
• Executes administrative accounting processes for the operating unit.
• Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing use of technologies.
