Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for its military housing team at Fort Campbell, KY. You will coordinate all resident requests with the property management team, including move-ins/outs, inquiries, and community standards enforcement.

The ideal candidate will maintain curb appeal and coordinate community activities while ensuring high levels of customer service and administrative support within a federal facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• A valid driver's license in good standing.
• Proficient with web-based applications and computer systems (MS Office).
• Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with diverse groups.
• Location at a federal facility with REAL ID requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move ins/outs and resident inquiries with the property management team.
• Administer move-in paperwork and home inspections.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and resolve complaints.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of office, amenities, and common areas.
• Plan and participate in community events and programs.
• Provide administrative support at the community center.
• Develop and maintain strong resident relations.
• Complete CRM requirements for the Resident Journey program.
• Conduct neighborhood tours and showings for prospective residents.
