Advanced Management Company (AMC) is seeking a Resident Services professional to deliver exceptional customer service to residents and VIPs, lead with energy, and collaborate with the Resident Services Manager to enhance satisfaction across communities.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while upholding AMC standards. Weekends availability and tech-savvy engagement with community platforms are valued.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook as well as Email, Internet and Social Media as it pertains to the community.
• Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal reasoning and communication skills in English.
• Available to work on weekends.
• Ability to score at or above AMC standards on mystery shop report.
• Shows up to work on time, follows direction from Resident Services Manager, interacts well with coworkers and residents and gives and receives feedback.

Responsibilities

• Sets example to uphold AMC Employee Promise and Vision Statement.
• Performs excellent telephone skills and delivers exceptional customer service while handling residents including follow up.
• Works closely with the Resident Services Manager to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Sets reasonable customer satisfaction goals and works with team to achieve them on a consistent basis.
• Interacts with customers based on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures manuals.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
