This diverse role combines customer service, training and leadership.Essential Job Duties:Sets example to uphold AMC Employee Promise and Vision StatementPerforms excellent telephone skills and delivers exceptional customer service while handling residents including follow upWorks closely with the Resident Services Manager to maximize customer satisfactionSets reasonable customer satisfaction goals and works with team to achieve them on a consistent basisInteracts with customers based on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate serviceAdhere to the policies and procedures manualsPerforms all other duties as assignedJob Requirements:Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook as well as Email, Internet and Social Media as it pertains to the community.Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal reasoning and communication skills in English.Available to work on weekends.Ability to score at or above AMC standards on mystery shop report.Shows up to work on time, follows direction from Resident Services Manager, interacts well with coworkers and residents and gives and receives feedback.Maintains a professional image and attitude at all times; observing the policies and procedures of AMC when conducting business with residentsServe our VIPs with a welcoming and caring attitude.Behave in a responsible, professional and ethical manner with exceptional time management, multi-tasking and leadership skills.
