Job summary

GCI Residential, a prominent real estate development and management firm, is seeking a Resident Services Specialist at its Pine Ridge location in Willoughby Hills, OH. The role focuses on customer service and resident satisfaction with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

You will support the Property Supervisor, handle resident inquiries, and assist with rent processes and notices while maintaining strong relationships with residents and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to Property Supervisor and team for smooth operation of property.
• Delivers customer service aimed at resident retention.
• Identifies resident needs and resolves issues as they arise.
• Answers phones, takes messages and directs callers appropriately.
• Participates in rent collection processes.
• Prepares and distributes notices for residents.
• Verifies utility account information for new and current residents.
• Packages move-out files and generates move-out condition reports.
• Coordinates move-ins/outs with Maintenance Department.
• Performs other duties as directed or assigned.

What You Will Do:

• Provides accurate and detailed administrative support to Property Supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth operation of assigned property

Requirements

Education, Licenses, and Certifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Two or more years administrative and/or customer service experience, preferably in property management
• Experience with residential property management software preferred
