Job summary

FirstKey Homes LLC in Spring, TX is seeking a part-time Service Coordinator to support service operations for residents, vendors, and internal teams. You will manage work orders, scheduling, and communications to ensure timely updates and efficient service completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years in administrative/customer service/operations support preferred.
• Experience with work orders, scheduling, and service coordination.
• Exposure to data tracking and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication with residents, service teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage service requests by entering, scheduling, updating, and closing work orders, while assigning technicians and vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for residents via phone, email, and resident tickets.
• Respond to resident service tickets, escalate urgent issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with service teams and property operations to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Communicate with vendors and service teams to confirm assignments and verify completion.
• Monitor work order progress and escalate as needed.
• Utilize Power BI and reporting tools to track service trends and response times.
• Identify scheduling gaps and inefficiencies and raise with the Service Manager or Lead Technician.
• Maintain accurate records in work order systems and support reporting requirements.
