Good Samaritan Albion is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all phases of care. The role collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate services.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, resident assessment, education, and potential charge-nurse duties while ensuring safety and quality in a Christian environment. A BSN is preferred and active RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• RN license in good standing with state board (multistate licensure acceptable).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff within scope.
