Job summary

Good Samaritan Albion is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to residents, coordinating with families and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

You will apply the nursing process across all phases of care, may serve as charge nurse, and participate in planning, education, and quality improvement. A generous benefits package and a $5,000 sign-on bonus are available for qualifying full-time or part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state where practice occurs.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, educate and perform nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
