Good Samaritan Albion is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents in a Christian, not-for-profit environment. The RN will utilize the nursing process across assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation, coordinating care with families and an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (NLC preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate resident care and education; collaborate with families and inter-disciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff while ensuring safe, quality care.
