Good Samaritan Albion is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with residents, families, and the care team. You will coordinate assessment, education, and various nursing interventions within the full scope of practice.

The role may involve serving as charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe, quality care and compliance with nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs and multi-state licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and nursing interventions.
• Possible role as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel.
