Job summary

Good Samaritan Albion is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care in a not-for-profit, Christian environment. The role supports residents across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment within a full nursing scope.

You may serve as charge nurse, delegate duties to licensed and unlicensed personnel, and ensure safe, reliable care. Requires RN license; bachelor's degree preferred; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA credentials desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessment and education and delegate tasks as appropriate to staff.
