Good Samaritan Albion is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and to collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team. The role includes coordination of care, assessments, and resident education in a Christian, not-for-profit setting.

The position may involve serving as charge nurse and supervising staff, with a robust benefits package and shift differentials for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA) preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care, assessments, education and nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
