Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
• Daily resident check-in and greeting of residents and guests.
• Answer routine inquiries and provide information as needed.
• Distribute mail and packages to residents and staff.
• Refer prospective residents to Leasing Team and assist with related tasks.
• Assist with accounting duties as assigned by Property Administrator.
