Mercy Housing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Seattle to support daily property operations. The role involves HUD/tax-credit knowledge, resident services, leasing assistance, and coordination with front desk and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to rental housing.
• Maintain resident accounts receivable ledgers under supervision.
• Experience in customer service and administrative tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter data in resident accounts receivable ledgers.
• Assist with resident records documentation and leasing process.
• Collect rent and other income, make deposits and forward receipts.
• Respond to resident and visitor service requests.
• Coordinate resident engagement and events as needed.
• May work outside normal hours to meet property needs.
