Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day property operations, leasing, and resident services under the Property Manager. Knowledge of HUD and Tax Credit programs is essential as you collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to engage residents and coordinate events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD housing and Tax Credit regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter data in resident accounts receivable ledgers.
• Assist with resident records documentation.
• Collect rent and other income, make bank deposits, and forward receipts.
• Assist with the leasing process from application to move-in.
• Respond to customer service requests.
• May work outside normal business hours to support the property.
