Job summary

Hammer Residences Inc in Minnesota seeks a Program Manager to direct the daily operations of a community-based residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will oversee medical, financial, social and emotional needs, supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensure licensing compliance, and partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in social services or related field with minimum one year of full-time experience.
• Alternative: two-year degree with two years of full-time experience in developmental disabilities or 50 hours training plus four years experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight, technical guidance, and advice to staff.
• Oversee daily operations of community-based residential program.
• Coordinate licensing compliance and inspections.
• Manage budgets and expenses; monitor staffing budgets and payroll.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff development.
• Engage with individuals served, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
