Job summary

Jubilee Association of Maryland in Kensington, MD is seeking a Program Manager to oversee community-based residential services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two+ years of relevant experience in services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Commitment to core values and quality outcomes

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily support provided by DSPs to adults with IDD in homes and communities.
• Supervise a Service Team Lead and DSPs; hire, plan meetings, provide feedback, and manage staffing levels.
• Lead development and implementation of PCPs, behavior support plans, and nursing care plans.
• Create and manage DSP schedules and back-up staffing, ensuring predictability and minimizing overtime.
• Ensure billing documentation is accurate and regularly reviewed.
• Maintain open communication with families, colleagues, and program partners.
• Ensure data systems are up to date and compliant with policies.
• Provide training and certifications for staff and pursue professional development.
