Job summary

Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority is seeking a Supportive Services Coordinator to develop and implement services that promote resident independence. You will coordinate training, case management, and reporting to support families and seniors within SNVRHA properties.

The role requires collaboration with officials and agencies, strong compliance with HUD standards, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, customer-focused programs that improve community well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
• Two years of work experience in social services or related field.
• Valid Nevada Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with federal, state, and local officials, and service providers to design, fund, and implement supportive services that promote independent living for residents.
• Attend meetings with government agencies, community organizations, and residents to identify unmet needs and funding or delivery of services.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, state, and local regulations, and with agency policies and funding requirements.
• Manage outreach, intake, needs assessment, service delivery, case management, documentation, evaluation, and reporting of direct services to residents.
