Job summary

Eden Housing is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator I to serve as the frontline anchor for its revitalization strategy across multiple properties in the region. You will deliver Tier 1 universal programs, provide coaching-based support, and coordinate referrals for specialized services to promote housing stability and resident wellbeing.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in human services, strong communication, and comfort working with diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches used in resident interactions.
• Active listening and non-judgmental communication skills.
• Ability to apply crisis de-escalation techniques when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 universal programs directly (workshops, wellness checks, community events).
• Provide coaching-based first level support across housing stability, economic stability, health, digital inclusion, and youth/family domains.
• Coordinate referrals to partner-delivered specialists and document outcomes in CRM.
