Job summary

Evergreen Treatment Services in Seattle is seeking a Housing Resource Coordinator to support the REACH program, focusing on housing navigation, resource coordination, landlord engagement, and collaboration with care teams to advance housing stability for clients.

This role serves as a housing subject matter expert, builds access pathways, coordinates financial processes, documents outcomes, and helps ensure program compliance across contracts and state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred in social services or related field.
• Two years of experience in outreach or social work; familiarity with homelessness highly desirable.
• Must be able to pass a Washington State Patrol background check and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Housing Navigation and Landlord Engagement: develop and maintain a portfolio of housing opportunities and partnerships with landlords.
• Program Coordination: coordinate housing-related financial processes and documentation.
• Compliance: ensure services and activities align with ETS/REACH policies and contracts.
• Team Collaboration: work with care teams and external partners to support housing placement and service delivery.
• General duties: travel locally as needed and support ongoing program activities.
