Job summary

Windsor Communities is seeking a Resident Services Manager II at Halstead Tower by Windsor and IO Piazza by Windsor in Alexandria/Arlington, VA. You will lead resident relations, coordinate move-in and renewal processes, and collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to resident.

You will organize resident appreciation events, maintain a social media presence, monitor the Work Order program, and manage administrative tasks to deliver exceptional community

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-family environments.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Undergraduate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident package management and move-in documentation processes.
• Ensure timely responses to resident issues and maintain high move-in satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales Leadership to ensure a smooth prospect-to-resident transition.
• Plan and execute resident appreciation events and maintain an engaging community presence.
• Support the Service Team and Work Order Program to enhance customer satisfaction.
