Job summary

Quinn Residences is seeking a Resident Services Associate to support leasing and property operations at our Winder hub. The role reports to the Portfolio Manager and will be based in Atlanta, GA, with in-person duties at the Winder hub when needed.

You will assist leasing efforts, manage rent collections, maintain records in Yardi, and ensure high-quality resident relations across the community.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, ideally in the apartment industry.
• Customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Accounting experience desired but not required.
• At least 2 years of apartment-related experience as leasing consultant or Assistant Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the achievement of the community's annual budget plan.
• Assist with leasing.
• Responsible for the timely collection and deposit of all rental income.
• All other related tasks assigned by portfolio manager.
• Upholding all company policies and values.
• Ensure timely collections of all rent receipts and review delinquency reports.
• Maintain accounts in Yardi and related records.
• Handle resident complaints promptly and appropriately.
• Screen applicants for residency according to standards.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
• Prepare weekly leasing reports and month-end tasks.
• Prepare and deliver notices per state laws and company standards.
• Coordinate evictions and related paperwork when required.
