Job summary

Quinn Residences seeks a Maintenance Technician/Field Service Technician for our Winder, GA HUB. You will work closely with the Portfolio Manager to execute maintenance priorities, handle service requests, and ensure resident satisfaction in a full-time, in-person role.

You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances and related systems, perform preventative maintenance, and supervise on-site staff and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.
• General knowledge of maintenance repair including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on properties and amenities.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliances and HVAC components.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas and tools.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests within specified timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and on-site staff to ensure timely service.
