Job summary

Weinstein Properties in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at our Henrico/West End communities. You will deliver frontline resident services, collaborate with the team, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership or management experience is required; strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and initiative are essential. Training and coaching are provided, with pathways for professional growth and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience required.
• Attention to detail is necessary.
• Previous property management experience is a plus, but not needed if you have solid management experience from customer service, sales or hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospects who are interested in knowing more about our communities. Answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments and take prospects on a tour of the community.
• Process leasing applications, put together lease paperwork, request security deposits and leaseholders to sign the lease.
• Give great customer service to our residents, assist them with renewal, notice to vacate, early termination, adding a pet, transfer requests, and account questions.
• Work with maintenance, walk apartments to confirm readiness, monitor property needs, and follow up on work orders or maintenance issues.
• Create a great move-in experience for residents and handle move-outs and security deposit dispositions.
