Weinstein Properties in Richmond, VA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to lead front line resident services, engage with prospects, tours, and lease processing. The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will train with a hands-on team, support daily operations, coordinate with maintenance, and assist the Property Manager to meet leasing and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospects who are interested in knowing more about our communities. Answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments and take prospects on a tour of the community.
• Process leasing applications, put together lease paperwork, request security deposits and leaseholders to sign the lease.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents; assist with renewals, notices to vacate, early termination, adding a pet, transfers, and account questions.
• Collaborate with maintenance; walk apartments when ready to confirm condition, monitor property needs, and follow up on work orders.
• Create a great experience for residents upon move-in.
• Assist residents moving out; process move-outs and security deposit dispositions.
• Post rent, follow up on balances owed.
• Plan, prepare, and host resident activities.
• Lead the team, assist with training and achieving goals.
• Support the Property Manager as needed.
