Job summary

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, VA, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities across VA, NC, TX, TN, and GA. This Assistant Property Manager role is on-site in Henrico/West End and offers competitive hourly pay starting at $21 plus bonuses.

You will handle front line resident services, lead a small team, conduct tours, process leasing, and coordinate with maintenance. Training and development are provided, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience required.
• Previous property management experience is a plus, but not required if you have solid management experience from customer service, sales or hospitality.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Positive energy, team spirit, and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage interruptions and fast-paced days.
• Willingness to train and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Front line resident services and tour prospects.
• Answer internet leads, schedule appointments, and conduct property tours.
• Process leasing applications and prepare lease paperwork.
• Provide excellent resident service and handle renewals, notices, and transfers.
• Coordinate with maintenance and monitor property needs.
• Lead team and support training and goal attainment.
• Assist the Property Manager as needed.
• Move-in and move-out processing.
