Job summary

Base hourly pay $15.00-$16.00 with potential bonuses; benefits include 401(k), EAP, and paid sick time.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Occasional travel to assist other properties or attend trainings.

Responsibilities

• Performs leasing office admin: copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls.
• Assists with sales and leasing activities: virtual tours, online inquiries, greeting and qualifying prospects, tours, showing apartments.
• Assists with lease paperwork and organizes resident lease files.
• Assists with move-ins/outs; works on-call at least once per week as directed by Community Manager.
• Answers incoming calls and sets appointments for tours.
• Performs on-campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness and traffic.
• Coordinates resident functions and programs to achieve satisfaction.
• Schedules resident visits and distributes notices and late notices.
• Acts as after-hours liaison and responds to emergencies.
• Responds promptly to resident questions and forwards requests appropriately.
