Sagora Senior Living in Lyndale Abilene is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (LPN/LVN) to coordinate staffing, schedule caregivers, and develop care plans that meet each resident’s needs.

You will collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and the care team, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care, with evenings and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing LPN or LVN.
• 1+ years of management experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and associates.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers.
• Plan and delegate work assignments and ensure effective scheduling.
• Support the Resident Services Director with case management and coordination of resident moves.
• Coordinate wellness activities and monitor resident service plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
