Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (LPN/LVN) at the Lyndale Abilene community to lead caregiver teams, coordinate care plans, and work with physicians and families to deliver high-quality senior care. The role involves managing staffing, scheduling, and case management under the Resident Services Director, while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth move-ins/outs.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing LPN or LVN.
• 1 or more years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community in a similar role.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and associates.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Availability to work outside of normal operating hours including evenings and weekends is required.
