Job summary

Sagora Senior Living seeks a Resident Services Coordinator (LPN/LVN) to lead caregiving operations, coordinate staffing, and develop care plans for residents. You will collaborate with physicians and discharge planners while communicating with family members to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires nursing licensure (LPN/LVN), management experience in an assisted living or memory care setting, and strong communication and computer skills. Working evenings and weekends is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing LPN or LVN.
• 1+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all caregivers to assure quality services.

What do you need to be a Resident Services Coordinator?
