Job summary

Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to serve as a key contact for residents and staff in the healthcare department, guiding services by example and upholding the community values. You will advocate for residents, lead by example, and support care teams to ensure smooth operations and engagement.

You will obtain vital signs, follow ISPs, manage documentation in the EHR, and assist with activities, while maintaining confidentiality and a compassionate, patient

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience or training required.
• One to three years of managerial experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with EHR systems and HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and note deviations per ISP in the EHR.
• Follow ISP and daily task sheets for residents.
• Review clinical notations for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate changes in resident status to supervisors and clinical staff.
• Maintain safe, clean resident environment and confidentiality.
