Job summary

Wesley Housing in McLean, VA seeks a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to connect residents with resources, design and host mission-driven events, and track program outcomes. The role emphasizes housing stability, eviction prevention, and supportive services to empower residents across Wesley Housing communities.

The position requires onsite presence with some remote work, a strong collaboration with Community Management, and experience coordinating community programs and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience working with youth in community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Identify, coordinate and monitor management and delivery of social services programs at Wesley Housing properties.
• Lead activities that address social and recreational needs of the community with resident participation.
• Provide intake, referrals and programming design to support housing stability and residents' needs.
• Coordinate, manage and assess deliveries of programs/services from partner organizations.
• Supervise and mentor interns or volunteers and ensure program operations meet standards.
