Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years of progressive experience in utility billing, customer service, or related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Valid Texas Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Administer complex resident accounts and utility billing with accuracy.
• Perform billing research, account analysis, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve complex resident concerns and service requests.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely communication.
