Job summary

Homes for Good in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Resident Services Intern for 2026. This opportunity is designed for current residents or participants of Homes for Good. The internship offers hands-on experience in providing essential services to low-income communities, with a flexible schedule of approximately 10–15 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn, as well as the physical capability to perform various tasks related to community services.

Compensation is set at $15.05 per hour.

Qualifications

• No prior professional experience is required, but a background in social services or community work is helpful.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to work 10-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist Resident Services with service delivery to housing communities.
• Support food distribution programs.
• Help coordinate community events and programs.
• Maintain community rooms and service spaces.
